Job description
All positions require that the applicant be a resident of Wyandotte county or willing to relocate within (12) months from the date of hire. As a condition of employment all employees must pass a post offer physical examination and drug screen. And submit proof of identity and employment eligibility.
Job Description:
Performs a variety of basic and routine clerical duties with standard procedures. Examples include answering the telephone, assembling files, data entry, providing customer service and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, 21 years of age; knowledge of modern secretarial practices and skills in computer software such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Ability to exercise independent judgment in assessing the urgency of requests. Must be willing to work different shifts, nights, weekends and holidays as assigned. Ability to establish rapport with staff members, department heads, the public and other officials. Typing at 45 words per minute. Must pass background check and CVSA Truth Verification test.
Salary Range:
$19.06/hr.
