Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a Client Account Associate in Denver, CO to create and implement client activities around investment strategies, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to drive retention and accelerate revenue growth of the North American Institutional Team. Support Sr. Relationship managers with client engagement activities, including conducting competitive and performance analysis by partnering with institutional team members to advance and support existing client relationships. Update and document client interactions within the customer relationship management system. Contribute to the completion and accuracy of client related deliverables, DDQs, marketing content and presentations. Contribute to the development and execution of relationship management and retention efforts in North America. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field, plus 3 years of financial services experience supporting institutional investors and their consultants across the United States and Canada, including corporations, public entities, foundations, endowments, and insurance companies – all with fiduciary responsibility over large pools of investment capital.
The salary for the position is expected to be $84,300 - $92,600.
Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
