As a client care representative, you will be a special part of ensuring clients have a positive experience and pets have a great time coming and going from our facility!

What you’ll be doing:
· You’ll be involved in the intake process for all pets, as well as ensuring speedy and accurate checkouts
· You’ll be tasked with answering phones, handling paperwork, responding to emails, and other organizational/reception tasks
· You’ll be responsible for communicating pertinent information given to your by pet parents regarding their pet’s care
· You’ll be empowered to make decisions, communicate, and identify when we are not meeting the needs of our doggy friends or their owner’s
· You’ll be a part of a team guided by senior staff who ensure everyone has the information and skills needed to create excellent client experiences!

What to expect when applying:
· Initial interview & tour of our facility with members of our management team
· A working interview to ensure you love dogs (and our awesome facility) just as much as us!
· A two-day orientation group class that is designed to teach you all about our company values, standard procedures, and an in-depth look at dog behavior from a professional’s viewpoint! (Plus live doggy demos!)
· You will have the opportunity to communicate upcoming time off needs as well as your scheduling requirements & desires!

While Green Beagle Lodge is back to regular procedures, we are sensitive to outbreaks of COVID-19 in our community and follow CDC guidelines. When necessary, we may close our lobby to the public and ask staff to mask indoors.
