People Architects is excited to recruit new team members for our partner Good Nature Organic Lawn Care for a Client Experience Associate. This is an on-site role at the Independence, Ohio office.
In order to be successful in this role, you will be expected to do the following:

Position Tasks/Key Activities:*
- Answer all incoming calls and emails in a professional manner and timely manner
- Take orders (small sales) from customers and educate on our current services.
- Communicate messages quickly from office to associates and field reps & vice versa.
- Build long term relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up
- Work one-on-one with your supervisor/manager to create the best possible processes and procedures for Good Nature’s Clients.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates degree preferred. High School diploma required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be a “people person” and good listener on the phone.
- Must be comfortable using computers and office technology.
- Must be driven and motivated to provide excellent customer service, treating each and
every client as a “VIP”.
- Background in handling customer issues, dealing with difficult individuals, and
prescribing solutions to help clients is preferred.

Hours and Work Week Requirements:*
Preferred hours 11am - 7pm
40+ hours per week and overtime (during February-July). Typical 40 hours per week (August -January).
8-hour shift. Candidate will have to work various Saturdays (typically 4-hour shift) throughout the year (specifically in Spring and Early Summer).
