Luxury Portrait Studio Manager

This is an incredible opportunity for the right person to work with our close-knit family oriented team! Work week is Wednesday - Saturday.

Our luxury portrait studio, Morie Fine Art in Benton, AR, has served thousands of clients with heirloom quality portraits in Arkansas and the South for over 19 years. The studio is seeking a studio manager to work Wednesday - Saturday and will report to the CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Polished, professional experience is a MUST
• Sales experience
• Outgoing, confident, energetic, and positive attitude
• Confidence and ability to problem solve quickly
• Calendar management skills
• Customer service expert - connect and engage easily with clients
• Ability to motivate and lead an amazing team to success
• Type A personalities welcome! Keep us on schedule!
• Our brand is obsessed with details and you should be too!
• Responsible and dependable - ALWAYS willing to show up
• A++ verbal and written communication

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the quarterback, lead our team to success
• Help ensure the studio is impeccable - First impressions are everything
• Ensure a VIP experience to our clients
• Calendar management - excitement calls, handle reschedules or cancellations like a pro
• Ensure supplies are maintained and order replacements as needed
• Key holder - manage opening and closing of studio
• Staff scheduling
• Keep up with accountability reporting and participate in 1 on 1s
• Contribute to management meetings on what can improve our client experience
