Summary
The Client Relations Jr. Executive will work side by side with Client Relations Executives to gain
knowledge and further understanding of revenue growth, customer service, and operational excellence.
This individual will have exposure to all departments within the organization to better understand
Diversified Maintenance as a whole, and find their true passion. The purpose of this opportunity is to
foster a long-term, growth-oriented relationship between the trainee and the organization to help
mentor, develop, and retain top talent.
Job Duties
- Target, discover, qualify, verify, present and validate additional business with existing
- Work side by side with operations team to transition additional business
- Maintain a high-level communication with customers
- Develop a strategy map for all strategic clients
- Use a consultative approach for solutions
- Prepare and present client solutions
- Manage negotiations to achieve Diversified profit objectives
