Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Servisource (part of the CPL Group) wishes to appoint a Client Relationship Manager to join our existing Healthcare Temporary Staffing regional team based from either our Dublin/Dundalk office. This role would be suited to someone in the Leinster area.

The role is primarily a business development role, and the main function will be to increase business activity across South Dublin and Leinster.

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for liaising with and providing information to the Centralised Recruitment Team Lead in relation to recruitment needs within the region.

Duties of the role will include but not limited to:

• Generating new business from lead generation, area knowledge, client visits, social media, networking events and word of mouth.
• Conducting daily business development calls in line with agreed KPI’s set out by your manager.
• Keeping abreast of market developments by attending all relevant functions and events relating to the healthcare industry.
• Having a regular presence in healthcare facilities through weekly contact calls and client visits.
• Cultivating relationships with existing clients and building new client relationships.
• Managing complaints and incidents (external staff) and liaising with HR when necessary, ensuring all documentation is fully completed.
• Ensuring all means of attracting, registering, and retaining staff are being met adequately.
• Ensuring all client booking requirements are fulfilled to a high standard by keeping abreast of client requirements and ensuring all placement targets are met.
• Ensuring that all systems are being used to full capacity and that all contact with clients are logged adequately.
• Constantly striving to meet weekly and quarterly KPIs set out by your manager.
• In the absence of your manager, you will be required to temporarily assist in managing the region.

Essential Requirements

• Previous proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPI’s.
• The ability to manage time is a large part of this role; It is essential that applicants are proficient in managing their time successfully.
• Travelling throughout South Dublin and Leinster is a large part of the role; applicants must have access to a car and hold a full clean driver’s licence.
• Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English Language.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
• Positive, collaborative, can do attitude with both internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of motivation and pride in what one does is key to success in this role.
