A full-time, permanent vacancy has arisen for the role of Client Relationship Manager. Multiline business is responsible for the sales and service of the portfolio product range from International Health, Dental, Travel and Life insurance.
Our membership is close to 450k customers and our ambition is to continue to grow our book through the development of cross sales opportunities within our existing and new corporate clients.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Delivery of excellent account management with the existing client profile assigned
- Achieve agreed sales targets across the multiline product portfolio
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate our corporate client need for each of our Multiline product range on an on-going basis
- Lead our thought leadership messaging as it pertains to the value of our Multiline Product benefits for corporate schemes and their employees
- Working with external partners such as underwriters and with team colleagues to identify and assist in the development of optimum product and customer solutions
- Establish and build relationships with key external stakeholders in the business community, in particular industry sector groups and chambers of Commerce
- Best practice use of all internal support and customer management systems
- Digital, Social Selling, Influencing and Communicating our overall proposition as appropriate
The successful candidate must have:
- Self-starter with ambition to achieve our business goals
- Team selling experience and or working with stakeholders internally and externally
- Planning, Problem Solving and Organising skills
- Proven track record in developing and managing B2B clients or similar relationships
- Innovation & Change mind-set
- Strong Business Acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Stakeholder management abilities
- Professional accreditation e.g. APA/CIP required
- Demonstrate alignment with Vhi Values
