A day in the life.

As our Client Representative on the Texas Transportation team, you will:

  • Assist department Account Managers in the handling of additional insured and specialized certificates, as well as associated change requests.
  • Serve as a backup to team members.
  • Complete all company and Acord apps from Agency applications.
  • Process loss runs, renewal questionnaires, loss summaries, and auto ID cards as appropriate.
  • Learn and maintain our loss analysis system, running reports as necessary.
  • Handle endorsement follow-up.
  • Process and analyze driver changes.
  • Assist with large loss narratives and submission preparation.
  • Assist with additional projects as directed by Unit Manager.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Reading, writing, mathematical skills that would normally be acquired through the acquisition of a high school diploma.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex documents, such as insurance policies, applications and proposals.
  • Ability to sit and to concentrate for long periods of time necessary for reading and reviewing documents.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing necessary for relaying complex information with Agency personnel and outside entities.
  • Ability to obtain necessary license(s) needed to perform duties.
  • The ideal candidate will possess the ability to grow their knowledge within this position and advance into roles increasingly integral to the department.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Completion of some college coursework preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance policies, applications, endorsements, and insurance proposals preferred.
  • 2 years of relevant administrative/clerical or insurance experience preferred.
  • On-the-job experience with Sagitta and ImageRight software.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $39,200 to $62,700 annually. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
