The I&S (Implementation and Service) Cash Management Team is seeking a Client Service Officer/Account manager. The role based in Dublin will be aligned to the local I&S Corporate Bank Cash Management business team in Dublin and will also be part of a broader Cash Management network across EMEA (Europe, The Middle East and Africa). You will report into the local I&S Cash Management Lead and work with our Regional and Global Product, Sales and Coverage teams to deliver excellent client and product service to a portfolio of corporate clients across EMEA.

Your key responsibilities
Manage own client portfolio of local Corporates that have a relationship with the bank from a coverage and product Service perspective across CB (Corporate Bank) products with main focus on Cash Management
Coordinate the client communication and work towards aligning internal stakeholders to support client satisfaction
Stay in contact with the Regional/Global relationship manager on a reactive coverage approach
Responsible to ensure deal setup and revenue generation
Management of credit relevant topics in close connection with local/ regional CRM (Credit Risk Management) Team
Your skills and experience
Educated to Bachelor’s degree level in Finance or Business or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
Knowledge of banking, cash management products and service
Fluent in English; a second language (French) would be preferred
Relevant experience in the banking industry, cash management or corporate client facing role
