Client Services Coordinator (Estate Planning)
Job description
Position Description: We are seeking a sharp, driven, friendly Client Services Coordinator to become part of our team for the long-term. This is a full-time position with room to grow. We will need you to wear many hats, and take the lead on implementation and execution using the technology and training we’ve invested in to support you.
We are a very small and congenial team. You will need to operate independently most of the time, be able to creatively problem solve, and seek to create more efficiency in the delivery of our services. You must be able to think on your feet and make good decisions.
If you are the right person, you’ll be ready to jump in to do what is needed, everything from printing documents to running a client meeting, and have no problem at all picking up the phone and making a request of someone--and following-up systematically.
But, the most important part of your job involves talking with our potential clients who are curious about our services, educating them about our process, and then once they hire us, ensuring that we give them great service. You are the face of the firm and your work generates both goodwill and revenue.
You will handle intake calls, follow up on leads, and set appointments. From there, you will help us deliver our services for each client. You will need to systematically keep track of many steps in the client service process.

Can you manage deadlines even when you are busy and you are interrupted and pulled away from what you planned to do?
· Adaptability: Can you learn new things quickly? Are you willing to help out wherever your team needs you? Can you figure things out on your own? If the office is quiet, are you able to identify your own tasks that will help drive things forward, or perhaps identify things that need attention that no one has even asked you to think about?
· Professional: Do you present as polished and professional, but approachable? Are you punctual and reliable? Do you look to always improve your interactions and systems?
· Tech Savvy: Are you able to master numerous different software systems and use them accurately, reliably and to their best advantage? You must be tech savvy and able to handle working with several different databases of information. One of your most critical and immediate jobs will be to learn, understand and master the various systems that support us to serve our clients and ensure they have a fantastic experience every time they interact with our office.
· Marketing, design, social media & outreach: You may be helping with the website, social media or marketing.

Office Locations & Hours: Our main office is located in Middletown, CT. You may be expected to meet clients at our Stonington, CT office several times per month. We are open 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, and you will be expected to work the bulk of your hours within that time frame, although you may need to work occasional evenings or weekend days in the future. Once training is completed, there may be opportunities to work from home periodically.
POSITION COMPENSATION AND APPLICATION DETAILS:
Full time with benefits. Base salary range $22.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
