The role of the Client Services Representative is critical to the success of customer satisfaction. This position will report to the Client Service Supervisor. Our Client Service Representative provides service through multiple platforms, including phone, email, and text messages. This position is essential to setting the tone for high quality service to customers and contributing to an employee oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, accountability, quality, and productivity
This position has the capability to work from home once training is complete. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm EST.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Explain DDC’s products and services in a professional manner via phone, email, text message, or chat.
- Effectively triage and support inquiries related to sample status, turnaround time, recollects, payments, accessing results, etc.
- Correspond with clients on helps and case adjustments to verify or obtain missing information.
- Follow DDC procedures and guidelines to ensure that DDC’s services are offered in a manner consistent with our mission and vision statements.
- Take initiative to help team members when needed.
High School Diploma preferred.- One (1) year’s previous experience within a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quickly understand and analyze customer needs, listen actively.
- Collaborate and work effectively with others.
- Ability to cope with difficult customer situations.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and typing skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Completion of HIPPA training
