ApplicantPro is currently hiring for a part-time or full-time Client Support Engineer to join our amazing Client Services team, and be the face, and voice, of our company in Eagle Mountain, UT. This part-time customer service position earns $14.00/hour with the opportunity to earn bonuses, and you will enjoy the flexibility of working both in-office and remotely. This role requires availability during business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST on Monday - Friday. The schedule is between 20 to 40 hours per week with the ability to flex up in hours when requested. We are local industry leaders in this essential trade and believe that hard work can also be fun.

In this Client Support Engineer role, we rely on you to effectively service our clients through attentive personalized customer service as you assist them in navigating our software. You are helpful and happy to assist with anything from glitches, to optimizing their hiring process, from software capabilities to sorting billing and applicant flow issues. You are the go-to person for everything related to our service offerings!
Much of your day is spent providing exceptional customer service for clients over the phone, and via chats and/or emails that are funneled into our client service system. You are diligent to ensure short response times and work hard to troubleshoot and problem solve when more complex issues arise. Being innovative and creative, you think of new and unique ways of solving problems, and if you cannot find an appropriate solution, you are quick to reach out to others for support!
