Innovative and fast-paced Sedation dental practice is seeking an experienced and energetic Clinic Administrator to lead one of the largest dental practices in North Carolina.


Description

  • The Clinic Administrator will be leading a team of over 30 village team members with strong leadership in communication, management, and team building. The CA is accountable for creating a staff driven practice that supports all patients receiving an exceptional patient experience. The CA has direct supervision of all clinic team members within the practice. This position reports directly to the Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a continued exceptional patient and team member experience
  • Meet and exceed annual revenue goals
  • Ability to operate within a budget.
  • Maintain location profitability
  • Ability to read and understand monthly Profit & Loss statements
  • Drive our company core values, core focus and our four uniques
  • Continuously grow and develop emerging leaders from within
  • Lead and support clinic leadership positions
  • Ability to analyze our key performance indicators to effect change
  • Provide reports, data and recommendations as needed to senior leadership
  • Able to collaborate effectively with associate CAs to support weekly, monthly and quarterly business meetings for development and growth
  • Accountable for training and coaching staff
  • Strong focus on staff retention and team building to retain and maintain optimum clinic performance and culture
  • Continuous assessment of staffing needs and support
  • Monitor patient scheduling for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide feedback to ensure continued success
  • Ensure compliance of all regulations and directives.
  • Ensure a culture of trust, teamwork, accountability, and respect
  • Create innovative solutions in the face of operational hurdles.
  • Openly communicate ideas, issues, and concerns professionally.
  • Experienced in managing difficult patients and situations.
  • Maintain 100% Compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other dental and local requirements
  • Lead and train clinic meetings
  • Contribute to company lead events and social outings.
  • Manage the flow of the office by ensuring patient capacity is being met
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of dental management experience required
  • Experience in managing a clinic producing over two million annually
  • Willingness to never stop learning and have a growth mindset
  • Has a whatever it takes mindset towards timely and efficient work
  • Embrace change and be flexible and adaptable
  • Own it and be accountable for your actions
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite, Google, EagleSoft and Slack
  • Be able to solve it and bring solutions
  • Be kind, and want to Have Fun

Compensation & benefits:

  • $75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience
  • Annual bonus opportunity of $16,500 - $24,000
