About us
We currently have a full-time opportunity available in our Waldorf, Prince Frederick, and Hollywood Outpatient Mental Health Clinics. The selected candidate will perform a wide array of administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operation, including maintaining and preparing medical records for appointments, obtaining authorizations, responding to and making medical document requests and safeguarding protected health information.
The schedule for this position is Monday – Thursday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM, Friday, 8:00AM – 4:00PM.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of administrative medical experience
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record that is deemed insurable by the organization’s automobile liability insurance carrier

- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
- Good math aptitude
- Familiarity with standard office equipment
