Job description
Responsible for answering multi-line telephone, scheduling appointments, routing phone calls and taking messages. Obtains insurance information and checks patients in upon their arrival. Greets and assists customers as needed. Other clerical support as requested.
Days and Shifts:
Monday through Friday 6:45am – 7:00pm Varied
Every 4th or 5th Saturday 7:45am – 12:00pm and Sunday 10:45am – 3:00pm

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal/interpersonal customer service and computer skills
- Ability to use electronic medical record and other software programs
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well
- Experience in healthcare setting helpful
