For Midland Care PACE participants, PACE means a team of experienced doctors, nurses and other health care professionals getting to know the participant and working with him or her to design a plan to aid in achieving health goals.
Midland Care is looking for an LPN to assist with nursing care for our PACE clients. This position will assist with ensuring the smooth operations of the PACE clinic, and will make visits to client's homes as needed to meet the medical and psychosocial needs of clients.
$2,500 Sign on Bonus!
Employment Status: Full-Time| Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay range starting at $26/hour - pay based on experience
Qualifications
Required: Current unrestricted State of Kansas License to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse; Valid Kansas Driver’s License. At least one year of experience as an LPN, preferably in home or community health; must be able to relate well with seniors and their families; Experience working in an interdisciplinary team setting is desired; Computer literate. Must possess valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization’s insurability standard as defined by Midland policy.
