Solutions Treatment Center is seeking a Clinical Case Manager and Intake Specialist. Canditates will have experience working with mental health and or substance abuse clients. CPSW's and those in personal recovery of 3 years or longer are encouraged to attend.

Duties will include: Preadmission inquiries, insurance verifications, coresponance with outside referral soureces, providers, previous treatment center and probation officers, clinical case management and discharge planning.

We are a small, trauma informed Intensive Outpatient and dual diagnosis treatment center with locations in both Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Ideal candidates will be willing to work out of both locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
