Responsibilities:

• Staffing/Scheduling for RCA's
• Reviews ADL books for signatures and completion of care
• Reviews medication books, ensures proper distribution and competed within state regulations
• Coordinates PSP's and assignment sheets in Yardi
• Coordinates QA meeting in conjunction with Resident Care Director
• Coordinates family meetings with Resident Care Team
• Assist with recruiting and hiring of RCA in conjunction with Resident Care Director

Requirements:

• High School education or equivalent required
• Medical Records or Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• Experience in Senior Living
• Knowledge of MS office
