Position: Clinical Coordinator * *new position

Job Types: Full-time (40 hours weekly)

Location: Delaware County, New York

Job Summary: The Clinical Coordinator will ensure DelArc is offering professional services to all individuals we support (children & adults). Other responsibilities would include:

• Supervise/mentor other DelArc clinicians
• Support clinicians with our proactive & positive approach
• Implement efficient systems and workflows within our programs
• Attend departmental meetings and stay up to date on initiatives related to DelArc
• Ensure our programs are well-equipped to provide top of the line services
• Oversee Medisked software and concerns
• Model DelArc’s Unifying Principles

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in a specialized area of focus (Psychology, Physical Therapy, Nursing/Medical, SLP, Social Work, etc).
• 1-year supervisory experience
• Have a positive demeanor with the ability to be tactful, sensitive, and empathetic.
• Possess the ability to make good decisions in a timely manner based on analysis, wisdom, experience and judgement
• Strong written & oral communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Demonstrate an understanding of standard clinical procedures, laws, and regulations
• Thorough knowledge of medical terminology
• Excellent computer skills and familiarly with Microsoft Office programs
• Must possess a valid New York driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
