Are you an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 1 or a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 looking for a change?

At Lincoln Healthcare we are recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 for a leading Intellectual disability facility in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath for 6 months, fix term, contract.

We are proud to have partnered with such progressive organisation that is dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Our client provides a wide range of service including Day, Residential and Respite support to both children and adults in various locations nationwide.

Purpose of role: The CNM2 is responsible and accountable for the provision of clinical and professional leadership, nursing management and continuous professional development in area of responsibility.

This CNM2 role is specified purpose contract (6 months)

Salary: €51,422 to 60,792

Requirements:

· RNID NMBI Registration (essential)

· Full clean driving licence (essential)

· Have experience of working with people who have an intellectual disability (essential)

· Have experience of working closely with families and members of the MDT (essential)

· Have excellent organisational, leadership, interpersonal and teambuilding skills

· Have knowledge of the HIQA regulations and the role of person participating in management
