The successful candidate will:
- Provide support and direction for healthcare assistants and nursing staff.
- Have a clear commitment to, and interest in, care of the older person.
- Engage with ongoing professional development and have experience at a nursing management level.
- They will have knowledge or HIQA standards and regulations pertaining to the nursing home sector in Ireland.
- The ability to delegate and supervise, to work as part of the team and on initiative.
- Be currently resident in Ireland.

Salary: €39,885.77-€66,948.15 per year
