Position Details
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (some evenings may be required)
- Pay Range: $63,000 - $71,820 annual (compensation based on education/experience)
- Additional information: Position will offer support Statewide to Tucson
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona's Outpatient program offers comprehensive outpatient counseling services for individuals and families, in office, school and home settings. Specialties include supporting clients with trauma histories, mood dysregulation, attention and disruptive challenging behaviors, and other social and emotional behavioral concerns. Devereux offers clinicians specialized training in working with the zero to 5 population, commercially sexually exploited youth, as well as training in evidenced based practices such as DBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
As a
Clinical Program Manager, you will:
- Manages the clinical integrity and operation of Integrated Outpatient, including HYPE, and Maricopa Community and Family Services (CFS) programs.
- Facilitates an efficient and effective clinical operation to ensure a state of the art system for providing treatment and/or support services to the clients and families in the OP and CFS programs.
- Embraces the Devereux Philosophy of Care, the Arizona 12 Principles, Positive Behavioral Intervention Support (PBIS), provides oversight of Devereux approved evidenced based practice (EBP).
- Facilitates positive experiences in all relationships both internally and externally, including but not limited to customers including funders, referral sources and family/guardians.

- Master’s degree in human services related field required
- AZBBHE Independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred)
- Current valid Associate level license, with ability to obtain Independent licensure through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners within 6 months of starting position.
- Five (5) years related experience working with adolescents in an outpatient clinical settings
- Two (2) year supervisory experience preferred
- Must have leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem solve effectively
- Experience with case management services, intake department services and financial reporting from an electronic health system
OTHER:
- Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check
- Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
- Pre-employment Physical and Physical Abilities Test (if applicable)
- Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
- Ability to attend the required paid New Hire Orientation for one (1) week; Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Must be able to complete and provide proof of current influenza vaccination
- Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children
