If so, we have an exciting opportunity as a Clinical Program Manager at our Northpoint/Day Treatment at Children Farm Home location in Corvalis, OR.

About the Opportunity:

  • 40/hours week; Monday - Friday

Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting in the management of the treatment and direct care programs and activities in Day Treatment setting. Coordinates and facilitates the case management process. Provides leadership to the multi-disciplinary treatment team. Directs the therapeutic milieu and ensures health, safety, security and most effective treatment of clients. Directs guides and consults with all staff in the provision of treatment services. Provides clinical oversight and support to the multi-disciplinary treatment process and arbitrates disputes when the treatment team cannot reach consensus. At times, may be required to function as clinical therapist. May also be required to supervise post-masters level therapists for licensure hours. Position may require evening, weekend and shift work and requires availability to respond to emergencies. Job is demanding with frequent deadlines, meetings and interruptions.

Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas:

  • Provide conflict resolution and crisis intervention as needed in situations involving staff and/or clients and families.
  • Participate in the development of annual goals and objectives for assigned programs and the organizational strategic planning process.
  • Acts as the Clinical Responder for crisis situations that occur on the assigned campus, completing documentation as required in a timely manner.
  • Monitor all treatment interventions and individual treatment plans.
  • Insure day-to-day consistency in treatment program and direct care philosophy.
  • Monitor and support treatment and direct care programs and activities of two treatment units
  • Establish a team process that encourages consensus decision making regarding treatment issues
  • Monitor and document the performance of units related to quality improvement indicators and direct process improvements to facilitate continuous improvement in the quality of program services.
  • Provide leadership, on-the-job training and guidance to the multi-disciplinary treatment team in the development of treatment plans, tracking and documentation of client and family progress toward goal attainment and aftercare planning.


About You:

  • You are mission sensed, seeking meaningful work and career growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Education : master's degree in social work, Counseling or closely related field
  • Certificates , Licenses, Registrations: Preference will be given to candidates who have or will qualify for a license to practice social work or counseling in the state of Oregon.
  • Experience: Five (5) years facilitating and consulting with interdisciplinary teams, plus two (2) years experience as a supervisor or manager responsible for supervising a clinical unit or program.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities : Provides direct supervision to assigned staff. Interviews applicants and hires or recommends hiring, depending upon position to fill. Issues verbal and written warnings to assigned staff and recommends additional discipline up to and including termination. Prepares performance evaluations of assigned staff and approves staff’s requests for time off.
