General Summary
Owns and achieves interim and final contractual deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle according to time, quality/scope, and cost constraints. Manages cross-functional teams and client expectations to achieve client satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Acts as liaison with client and manages client contractual, organizational and relationship needs/expectations.
- Leads cross-functional team leaders and third parties/vendors. Liaises with functional leads and managers to optimize performance and utilization of project team members.
- Manages project contractual deliverables and modifications through review of project progress, monitoring of dashboards/metrics, and proactive identification, resolution/mitigation, and escalations of risks and/or issues. Serves as a point of escalation for project teams.
- Manages project costs and financial risks to the company by ensuring resources are in line with budget and deliverables.
- Ensures adherence to company SOPs, policies, and guidelines at the project level.

- Sound knowledge of applicable policies and procedures, SOPs, work instructions and other guidance documents
- Good knowledge of project management skills and processes
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and time management skills

- Ability to conceptualize and articulate dynamic operational strategies
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with project team and client
- Ability to function in global role and manage cross functional service areas
