Are you ready to join a practice that aligns closely with your values? Do you long for healthier work-life balance? Annville Psychological Services is an established practice offering a unique opportunity to do the work you love without sacrificing other areas of your life. We value clinician autonomy: you control your schedule and are required to see only 20 clients a week to be full-time. We take care of marketing, intakes, billing, credentialing, and collections. You will be welcomed into a caring and supportive community of colleagues, with ample opportunities for professional and personal growth. Our practice has excellent relationships with local physicians, schools, and other mental health professionals. We specialize in treating anxiety, OCD, depression, parenting challenges, trauma, and neurodevelopmental disorders.
We are looking for a psychologist who has experience with and strong interest in working with older teens and adults using evidence-based treatments. Currently, we are doing a mix of in-person and telehealth and expect to maintain this hybrid model indefinitely.
Compensation: Licensed psychologists in our practice earn $85,000-$130,000+ a year, depending on number of clients seen (minimum of 20 but our clinicians typically choose to see 25-30 per week). This is a W2 employee- not a 1099 independent contractor- position, with highly competitive compensation. Clinicians are paid a flat rate per session. This means you are paid for your time even if claims or client payments are delayed, denied, or lower than expected.
Specific Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania psychologist license required.
- Must have commitment to cognitive behavioral therapy and continued growth in evidence-based treatments
- Must submit resume and cover letter detailing training and specific qualifications for this position
- Must be able to commit to working exclusively for Annville Psychological Services
We Offer:
- A supportive and energetic team of professionals committed to excellence in client care
- Low client load expectations (only 20 minimum per week)
- Freedom to control your schedule as you wish provided you meet minimum client hour expectations
- Consultation and training in evidence-based treatment
- In-house support: All billing, intakes and scheduling for new clients, credentialing, malpractice insurance, supplies, CEU trainings, and advertising provided
- Steady source of high quality referrals
- Beautiful and relaxed work environment in great location near shopping, restaurants, banks, and other amenities.
- Retirement plan with 3% employee match
Interested clinicians should send a resume and cover letter. PLEASE NOTE: We will not review applications without a specific cover letter detailing your interest in the position and your relevant training and experience.'
