Job Summary: :
Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the HR Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, recruiting, screening, and recommending placement by using varied sourcing methods (internal and external).
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in human resources recruiting, preferably in hospital health care.
- Associate degree in a related field and three (3) years of hospital experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- HR Certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) certification is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Hospital/healthcare HR experience preferred.
