Tekton Research is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to join our team in Yukon, OK.
The Clinical Operations Lead manages the daily operations of clinical trials. It is the responsibility of the Clinical Operations Lead to communicate with the team members to ensure excellent conduct of clinical trials.
Essential Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Clinical Research Coordinator experience
- 1+ years management or supervisory experience preferred
- Phlebotomy, IP administration
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to situations accordingly and provide feedback
- Self motivated, attention to detail, team player
- Some college or advanced training preferred
