Job Summary:
Roy Maas Youth Alternatives is searching for a Clinician candidate that has the passion for providing therapeutic services to community individuals, families, and groups as well as the youth we serve at RMYA. The ideal Clinician candidate will have extensive knowledge in professional counseling, social work, or psychology. The successful candidate will be organized and will ensure accuracy of client information and counseling schedules.
Essential Functions:

• Providing individual and group therapy for community clients and RMYA residents
• Conduct assessments and therapeutic interventions
• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of client tracking and status reports for monthly review/audit by Master Clinician or Clinic Administrator

Job Qualifications:*

• Education: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology is required.
• Certification/Licenses: Minimum 3 year post-licensure experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPC-S), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider (LSOTP). Must have active and complete Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) credentialing application and must be currently enrollment in various insurance panels; including but not limited to TMHP, Cenpatico and/or Community First. Valid Texas driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Must have and maintain acceptable driving record.

• 8-hour shifts with weekend and on call flexibility

Experience:
