The Club Manager is responsible for ensuring that their club exemplifies our brand, culture, and values, achieves the desired financial results, and successfully executes operations, procedures, and programs. This position will lead, support and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives resulting in outstanding member experience across their clubs. The Club Manager must have a holistic view of the business and be able to quickly assess and prioritize key actions to achieve and exceed each club's primary service and operational metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1 year managerial experience minimum
* HS Diploma or equivalent

JOB DUTIES:
* Establish and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to creating an unrivaled experience for our members. These goals are measured with proven methods that provide regular feedback to our managers regarding club operations, club cleanliness, client services and satisfaction levels, and operational and financial goals.
* Create and maintain a 'Judgment Free Zone' wherein we treat, acknowledge and help our members achieve personal goals with the highest possible level of respect, friendliness and support.
* Analyze and measure business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize our new membership and member retention targets.
* Control expenses and payroll.
* Review Club trends and recommend and initiate changes for maximizing goals and objectives.
* Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular Club management and staff meetings, Club walk-throughs and audits, etc.
* Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit management candidates.
* Train and develop Club management in all aspects of the business; Hire, direct and monitor training and development for all Club personnel.
* Monitors inventory levels.
* Implements and maintains member services standards.
* Ensures proper completion through follow-up. Monitoring statistics and reports through analysis on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
* Ensures cleanliness and maintenance to Club standards.
* Scheduling staff.
* Ensure prompt opening and closing of the Club
* Keep the Club safe for employees, members, and its property.
* Manage disciplinary and termination activities.
* Promptly report equipment repairs.
* Manage marketing efforts by ensuring staff is aware and trained on all marketing promotions.
* Conduct regular Self Club Inspections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
