Seeking a new member to a great team! The perfect candidate will enjoy being the concierge for our residents, hosting resident events and managing/performing maintenance of the facilities including but not limited to an indoor and an outdoor pool, fitness center, pet park and more! Must be able cover and manage a team to meet the needs of the clubhouse schedule; 9am to 8pm daily.

Community Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

· Serves as a liaison for the Community with vendors, staff, residents, and prospects.

· Plans, organizes, promotes, attends, and executes resident events for the property.

· Assists RSC, when possible, in delivering skills training for residents (in-person, self-help guides, web-links, on-line offerings, etc.).

· Interacts with residents entering Clubhouse to use facilities.

· Assists with functions at Clubhouse reserved by resident(s).

· Coordinates clubhouse rentals.

· Oversees social media sites; monitors and promotes community online reputation.

· Ensures public areas and equipment are in clean and operable working order.

· Checks equipment for usage as appropriate (amenities such as TV, game equipment, kitchen amenities, etc.), ensuring equipment is functional and clean, ready to use.

· Ensures that all amenities provided by community are used in accordance with community policy.

· Ensures that amenity use is restricted to residents or guests accompanied by residents.

· Accepts packages, places work orders that may be received after general business hours.

· Monitors public areas for safety including TV area, pool area, grill/fire place area.

· Responsible for following a daily schedule as assigned by Property Manager.

· Performs various light housekeeping duties such as cleaning Clubhouse and restroom areas in use, stocking amenities, cleaning kitchen area after use, straightening furniture used, turn off appliances (music, tv, coffee maker, etc).

· Secures facility at end of work shift including checking exits/entrances, lights, alarm.

· Responsible for cleaning amenities and surrounding areas (pools, sauna, hot tub, dog park, etc.).

· Ensures that residents are provided a clean, safe, and well-maintained community through inspections and follow up efforts.

· Tests pool/spa chemicals throughout the day per operational standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
