Description

• Design, build and maintain Tableau Dashboards and Reports
• Process incentives and support incentive processes
• Other reporting/analytics duties as assigned (ex. special projects, strategic efforts, ex.)

Required Qualifications:

Experience with the following:

• Apply visualization techniques to internal and external data sources to make accurate and actionable analyses in a timely fashion.
• Create self-service dashboards for internal business partners to learn, understand, have access to, and derive insights from data, metrics, and KPIs.
• Processing incentive plans for a line of business/segment.
• Ability to document, dashboard, or process function lineage through the form of job aids and/or guides
