About Us

Greenridge Post-Acute is a beautifully recently remolded 60-bed 5-star facility located in El Sobrante, CA that provides skilled nursing and assisted living to our clients. We are currently looking for a couple Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A’s) to join our team on the skilled nursing side. Our C.N.A’s are critical in providing excellent patient care. They help with providing personal care, nursing assistance, and assists in daily living activities. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the supervising nurse or the Director of Nursing based on the evaluation of the resident's needs.

We pay competitive rates based on skills and experience (which we would love the opportunity to discuss more with you in person).

We are primarily searching for AM and PM shifts to be filled.

Responsibilities and Duties

They help with providing personal care, nursing assistance, and assists in daily living activities

Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the supervising nurse or the Director of Nursing based on the evaluation of the resident's needs

Provides or assists residents in bathing/showering, personal hygiene, and dressing

Helps keep resident care areas organized

provides safe resident transfers involving bed, wheelchair, chair and/or shower chair

Supports residents using the restroom in a safe and thorough manner,

Promotes independence in resident care as appropriate and demonstrates awareness of safety for both residents and the individuals providing care

Takes and records temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respirations as required

Assists residents with simple range of motion or other exercises as directed by nurse or therapist and ambulates residents safely according to his/her endurance levels

Applies medical or adaptive devices as ordered by the appropriate supervising nurse

Makes rounds to ensure residents' safety, comfort, medical attention every hour or as required by the patient

Collects specimens as directed

Completes the weighing of each resident as required

Assist in delivery of meals and nourishment's, assisting as necessary

Participates in development of residents’ plan of care and follows current plan of care

Promptly reports a change in conditions of residents

Qualifications

Must have a valid California Certified Nurse Assistant certification

Must have a valid CPR Certification

Proficient ability to communicate orally and in writing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
