$1000 SIGN ON BONUS
Join our team of caring and compassionate people who have accepted their calling to provide ‘Exceptional Service’ every day to our residents, families and team members. We are accepting applications for CNA/NA at both of our assisted living locations in Salem, Virginia. Full Time, Part Time and PRN positions are available. Sign on bonus eligibility is for Full Time team members only.
The CNA/NA, provides direct care to all of Richfield’s residents. The CNA/NA will assist with ADL care including personal and oral hygiene, delivering and assisting with meals (as needed), proper hydration as well as obtain vitals and weights. Accurate documentation must be timely and requires attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be licensed or become licensed as a CNA/NA within 120 days of completing a state approved CNA class
- Possess a genuine concern and interest for all residents.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in a variety of circumstances and make sound judgments.
- Possess strong team skills in decision making and completing tasks in a team format.
