Job description
Extra pay to work weekend!
"There are many reasons while I love working at Grace Ridge but what I love the most is having the time to get to know my residents. I am able to spend time with them, learning about who they are and all the things that make them unique while still providing quality care to them. Memory Care is my home here and it holds a special place in my heart. I get to help and advocate for those that no longer have the ability to do so. They can’t always say thank you with their words but their eyes and soft touches speak volumes when you help them do something as simple as opening a drink can for them. I also feel like my voice and concerns matter here, our leaders work with staff to problem solve and create solutions to problems"
