C&A Tool a leading manufacturer since 1969 of precision products for the aerospace, industrial and medical device markets is currently seeking qualified candidates for CNC Grinder Operator. Operating three manufacturing facilities in Northeast Indiana (Auburn / Churubusco) and employing nearly 600 skilled workers, we are an integral part of a larger global manufacturing conglomerate, MinebeaMitsumi.

Compensation: $17/hr. and up Depending on Experience and/or Formal Training

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Basic CNC knowledge
• Has or can comprehend basic gauge use. (Micrometer, calipers, drop gauges, ETC.)
• Can speak and communicate well with others
• Shift(s) 2nd or 3rd

Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:

• Has grinding experience – 10yrs. (CNC or Manual machine)
• CNC, G-Code, M-Code programming
• Advanced print reading
• Tool room background. (Has mechanical aptitude)
• Willing to work OT when needed
