We have immediate full time positions for 1st shift and 2nd shift.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Set-up bar stock or material prior to machining operation.
• Operate machines by continuously monitoring the production parts to ensure dimensions are within tolerance limits.
• Record measured dimensions as specified on the Manufacturing and Inspection Traveler.
• Verify parts for correct finished (chattered marks, tool marks,mismatched or stepped surface, etc.) tapered and/or out of rounddiameter, broken or chipped corners, drill point breaking into the surface and other features on the part that will affect the function
• Monitor tool wear and/or broken tool on assigned machines
• Report any discrepancy immediately to the shift supervisor.
• Provide adequate maintenance on assigned machines making sure chips are remove before the end of the shift.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow company safety rules.
• Adhere to all department and company quality standards.

Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years' experience

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to complete machining operations including blueprints, drawings and/or verbal instructions
• Manual deburring and drilling
• Must be able to do basic inspection using hand tools such as micrometers, calipers, thread gages, etc.

1st shift: 7am – 3:30pm

2nd shift: 3:15pm – 11:45pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
