Job description

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• CNC maintenance: Troubleshooting/Diagnostic skills (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic).
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts and tooling and inserts, test and adjust offsets.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Organization of parts storage and tool storage.
• Must be physically present with regular and dependable attendance.
• Technical Capacity
• Troubleshoot Makino, Mori Seiki & Hardinge Machines a must.
• CNC Machine Maintenance
• Mathematical skills
• Ethical Conduct

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-4 years of manufacturing experience
• Experience in equipment repair and maintenance
• Mill and lathe work experience preferred.
• CNC experience Required.
• Fanuc control experience: Mori Seiki & Makino and Hardinge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
