Our world-class team in Superior, WI is seeking passionate and highly-motived CNG Team Member – Summer Help No experience necessary.

CNG is offering a $1,000 scholarship to qualified applicants upon completion of summer! (Applicant must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary academic institution)

As a CNG Team Member, you’ll be:

• Transferring of finished rolls of film from an extrusion line
• Packaging/labeling the rolls per customer specifications
• Scrap Removal
• Stocking production/packaging areas with necessary materials
• General housekeeping throughout facility; vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning surfaces
• Core cutting for production lines
• Working as a team player to reach consistent output goals
• Maintaining a safe workspace and commitment to following CNG’s Safety Mission

A strong CNG Team Member will be:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Currently enrolled in post-secondary academic institution
• Demonstrated skill in organizing work, setting priorities, and sound decision making.
• Collaboratively works with all levels of company personnel with ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail and an ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A driven team player looking to maximize their potential
