• Experienced coach (background in ninja, climbing, gymnastics a plus)
• Trainer/Athlete looking to break into coaching or program development for all ages

We are currently seeking coaches to assist World Ninja League Coach of the Year, Julien McConnell, in all aspects of our Ninja programming. Interested in coaching? Come learn from the best there is. Ninja is growing exponentially year to year and we need quality coaches to meet demand. You’ve seen it on TV, now is your chance to be a part of it in real life.

Position Duties would include (but are not limited to):

• Assist with curriculum classes, learning how to teach skills and empower and engage kids. Training to lead classes
• Assist with our competition squad: motivating, challenging and encouraging high level athletes. Eventually teaching skills
• Assist in setting up and breaking down facility for different programming
• Potential to develop and lead programming for toddlers - adults
• Assist in course design and gym layout for competitions, practices & ninja nights
• Lead Open Play sessions and oversee staff
• Ensure that all customers that all customers who walk through our doors have the best possible time through direct interaction, as well as through their interactions with our staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
