Coating Specialist / Enamel Sprayer- Hearth & Home Technologies- Bethel, VT

Starting Pay: $18.50 per hour.

Hours: M- F 5:30 am – 3:00 pm

Successful candidates will be able to read and perform basic math functions, follow written and pictorial standard work instructions, communicate clearly and effectively with others, complete quality and safety checks, procedures, and documentation and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform porcelain enamel coating systems start up, shut down and application processes to cast products.
• Monitor coating quality through control charts and inspection procedures.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Completes quality and safety checks, procedures, and documentation.
• Performs equipment preventative maintenance as directed.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department leadership.
• Must practices safety awareness.
• Actively participates in continuous improvement activities.
• Recognizes and responds to internal and external customer needs.
• Responsibilities are assigned and monitored by leadership.
• Must rotate cell assignments according to job rotation schedule.
• Has demonstrated ability to work on multiple zones.
