Enter The Breakers’ grand lobby and you’ll hear it: the growing roar of laughter, music and clinking goblets. Turn the corner into the North Loggia and you’ll see it: everyone dressed to the nines, abuzz in our exquisite Florentine Room—where the glitterati drank and dined for decades—reinvented as the dazzling and modern HMF, Palm Beach’s hottest gathering place.

Our Servers deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing energetic and enthusiastic food and beverage service. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to: anticipating the individual needs of the guests and providing tailored recommendations; recording, inputting, and closing guests’ orders while maintaining high attention to detail; retaining comprehensive, up-to-date menu knowledge; ensuring guest satisfaction and retention; and adhering to food and beverage timing and safety standards. Successful team members will show a dedication to the preservation of The Breakers culture and executing the highest of standards of service.

Hours of operation:

Monday thru Thursday & Sunday: 5 PM – 11 PM
Friday & Saturday 5 pm - Midnight
Cocktails daily till 1 am
