Job Summary

As a Resolution Specialist, you have the opportunity to make a difference by working with customers creating win-win solutions for repayment of financial obligations.

This includes:

• Treating our customers with respect, empathizing with their situation, and negotiating an appropriate arrangement.
• Working in a customer service-focused call center setting, meeting compliance and production requirements.

REMOTE:

• You must live near or in the cities of Phoenix-AZ, Roseville-MN, or Tulsa-OK.
• If an employment offer is extended the Candidate must be able to attend the three/four weeks of training onsite – then you can work remote locally.
• ***There might also be periodical onsite target training.

Cavalry offers:

• Competitive base pay up to $18 per hour, individualized uncapped commission, monthly quality assurance bonus up to $250 (after 1st full month on phone), and a 1st year retention bonus plan: $300 at 6 months and $300 at 12 months.

Candidates must:

• Have at least 6 months of experience in a customer-focused industry

• Be able to work 4 hours on occasional Saturday mornings
