Collections Specialist B2B
Dedicated Soft Collection Specialist

This position is full time working on California time, 8-5 Monday thru Friday remote. We work on Quickbooks Enterprise collecting billing in arrears from our corporate customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

• 2+ years’ experience in collections
• Communications: ability to effectively communicate, proven excellence in written communication. Ability to effectively collaborate with others to reach mutually agreeable outcomes.
• Connect with customers to arrange payments or resolve issues preventing payments and escalating important issues to the appropriate parties.
• Provide weekly and monthly management reporting of AR aging and collection trends
• Support the wider finance department and ensure department goals (days sales outstanding, bad debt expense/write-offs, and delinquency percentages) are met
• QuickBooks experience a must.

Education:

• High School/Some College a plus
