SureBuilt Concrete Forms & Accessories, a growing concrete products manufacturer located in Bellwood, IL is looking for an experienced Collections Clerk with the ability to add value to the company’s customer service experience. The ideal candidate is a career-minded individual, with strong team ideals and the desire to have a positive impact on the financial growth and profits of the company. The Collections Clerk will mainly be responsible for monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments, finding and contacting debtors to arrange payments, keeping accurate records, and reporting on collection activity. Duties include:

- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

- Reduce and maintain a low percentage of past due collection amounts primarily by telephone or e-mail; collection calls to customer

- Review invoicing, purchase orders and other documentation to resolve billing disputes and ensure prompt collection

- Address and resolve customer questions and issues

- Maintain and update relevant records, files, and information to the ERP system

- Proactively inform sales members of problem orders and accounts

- Perform additional duties and tasks, as assigned

Qualifications:

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing financial information

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Critical thinker and problem solving skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
