Pay Range: $20.40 + shift differential

Shift: Mon - Fri 6 AM - 2:30 PM

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The Color Card Clerk position assumes responsibilities for staging, replenishing, picking, and shipping all materials required to fill customers, stores, sales representative, and online requisitions. Color Card Clerks must meet operational goals for safety, quality, and housekeeping. The job requires a high level of comfort with computer operating systems and the ability to navigate through a RF scan gun with no intervention. Field all relevant communications with relation to orders. Maintains stock of color card SKU’s and update inventory for accuracy and availability.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keep records of all incoming and outbound Color Card Transactions.
  • Pick and ship requested orders via SAP.
  • Assist in the preparation of larger store orders that will be placed in cross dock for stores.
  • Responsible for material management activity to support Store Operations and Dealer/Distributor orders.
  • Record shortages and reject damaged goods.
  • Tracks, cycle counts, and provides status updates for all materials and corresponding paperwork for material processed Vendors.
  • Route and coordinate all shipments of parcels including identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments.
  • Process shipping or receiving discrepancies with stores, vendors, and online orders.
  • Monitors, reports on, and corrects any inventory discrepancies in Warehouse.
  • Complete and file daily paperwork and return all calls/emails in a timely manner.
  • Assists with physical inventory and reconciliation.
  • Follows all Phoenix Manufacturing/Distribution outlined expected standards and plant rules
  • The roles and responsibilities are not inclusive. Management may assign other duties based on staffing and workload.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
