What We Are Looking For: Self driven salespeople who are a master of your craft. Punctual people who follow schedules. People with a Valid drivers license. No cannabis or light experience necessary.

Job Description: As one of our Commercial Account Sales Representative your duties will be described as follows. We will provide you with scheduled appointments at licensed cannabis grow facilities throughout your assigned area. Once on location, you will put your best foot forward and use our already proven successful sales pitch to sell our lighting products at a commercially discounted rate.

Pay Structure: All of our Commercial Account Sales Representatives are on a 1099 Independent Contractor status. We pay 5%-7% sales commission for all of our Commercial Sales (EXAMPLE: $200,000 x 7%= $14,000). This position is 100% commission based. We do provide a travel stipend on approved scheduled appointments outside of your region.

Hours: If you know sales, then you know that the hours vary. You will have different scheduled appointments at different times throughout your working month.
