ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintains Document Database
- Runs Monthly Bid Reports
- Completes all RFI’s / Questionnaires
- Provides Rate Letter Support
- Supports estimating activities-proposal preparation etc.
- Schedules Meetings and prepares minutes
- Works with other departments to complete various tasks
- Performs routine clerical duties, as needed
- Any other duties as assigned by the Commercial Supervisor
- Maintains Database for approved rates
- Manages customer pre-qualification process
- Work order management
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft application
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20,098.06 - $41,000.00 per year
