Responsibility for the day to day professional management and servicing of all aspects of client’s insurance portfolio this role will also provide assistance to Client Executives and provide Client Support within the Enterprise team. A team of 9 Client Advisors reporting into the Team Leader.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Ability to develop and maintain strong client / insurer relationship. Strong technical knowledge of all insurance products
• Delivering day to day broking insurance services to assigned portfolio of SME and Scheme clients in relation to all classes of cover
• Prepare submission and undertake risk marketing exercise
• Obtain terms on renewal business and obtain renewal instructions from clients
• Manage clients claims including preparation of claims reports
• Development of SME and scheme business by selling additional products to existing clients
• Comply with Marsh corporate procedures and compliance requirements
• Drive team spirit, flexibility and collaboration
• Support an ongoing appraisal process

• Minimum Qualification: Commercial CIP
• Similar Commercial Work Experience
• Applied RELAY literate
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to maintain clear lines of communication with various internal and external stakeholders
• Accuracy with good attention to detail and ability to check work of self and others
• Good motivational fit
• Flexible and team player
