Optimus Properties, LLC (www.optimuspropertiesllc.com), a Real Estate Development and property management company located in Century City, CA, is seeking a full-time Commercial Property Maintenance Technician to assist with minor renovations and handle tenant repair issues at various properties in Los Angeles.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced plumbing knowledge and experience
- Experience with general maintenance equipment and tools, including hand tools, ladders, landscaping equipment, and required safety equipment
- Skilled in general carpentry, painting, electrical, drywall, and installation of laminate and tile flooring
- Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and automated building control systems
- Experience in maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC/R equipment, Chillers, Chilled Water systems/pumps motors, Boilers, Vacuum Pumps.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff at all levels
- Properly prioritize workload and manage time effectively
- Must work with a high degree of integrity and promote a positive company image
- Maintain cleanliness at all work sites
- EPA Certified
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit various locations/job sites
- Proficient in English
- Authorized to work in the US
Physical Demands:
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, crouch or crawl
Compensation:
- Based on Experience
- $1,000 Sign-on Bonus ($500 after first 90 days/$500 after six months of consistent employment)

Work Schedule:
- 40 Hours per week: Typically, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, occasional weekend work may be required (hours may vary)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
